Do I need prior experience to start? ?
No. Our beginner track starts with safety, tools, and layout basics. You will practice marking reference lines and dry laying before any adhesive is mixed.
What tools are required for the first projects? ?
Tape measure, straightedge, snap cutter or small wet saw, trowels, spacers, buckets, and PPE (gloves, eye and ear protection). Each course lesson lists exact tools.
Are your methods compliant with industry standards? ?
Yes. We reference TCNA and manufacturer specifications for substrate tolerances, movement joints, and wet-area protection.
How does mentorship work? ?
You can upload plans or photos of your layout lines and receive annotated feedback within 48 hours from our mentors.
What is the refund policy? ?
If a course does not match its description within 14 days, contact us. We will either coach you into a better fit or process a fair refund as per our Terms.
Do you offer certificates of completion? ?
Yes. After passing final checks, you can download a certificate showing competencies covered, which you may share with clients or employers.
